Dear all, I have Notes Traveler running (and working for Android/iOS/Symbian) on our Server. We also bought a Certificate so that we will not have an issue with self signed certificates, but Windows Phone 8 does not accept it for Traveler. Using IE in iNotes uLite it workes fine.

Can someone help?

WP Tells me (translated from German):

Synchronisation Error

There is a problem with the certificate for mail.domain.xy. Please contact your Support or Service Provider.

RE: Certificate error

I get a certificate error on IMAPS, too. But on HTTPS (Inotes Ultralite) the certificate works fine. Has anyone an idea?

RE: Traveler on Windows Phone

For Some Reason IMAPS works since yesterday. I was out and suddenly the phone rang. All messages synchronized down. But still traverler does not work.

Can anyone help? I would prefer to synch calendar and contacts, too, so I need traveler.

Thank you

RE: Traveler on Windows Phone

Hi. Have you tried deleting the account from the phone and adding it? WP8 phones seem to have a problem

updating certificates. The problem can occur when changing from a self-signed cert to an official one that

has the same name or when the cert is renewed.

BR,
Eero Laaksonen
